PRE FILTER

Coarse filters are also referred as rough filters available from EU-1 to EU-4 as per European Standards.

Filter particles down to 10 microns with an efficiency of 85% to 95%. The filters can be installed directly in AHUs or mounted in banks.

Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media, sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh which acts as a retainer and screens out large particles, thus, preventing them from being embedded in the media.

The pleating of the media enhances the filtration area for better efficiency. To eliminate the possibility of even a small amount of dirty air bypass, the media pack is securely bonded to the periphery of the enclosure frame using PU hardener.

FINE FILTER

Fine filter are also referred as Microvee filters. Fine filter are available in both pleated form as well as soft bag form.

Filter particles down to 5 or 3 microns, with an efficiency of 95%, recommended for industrial and class applications. These filters can be directly installed in AHUs or mounted in banks.

Superior quality non-woven synthetic filter media with regular labyrinthine structure being built of synthetic fibers which are bonded together by PU resin. This media is sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh, which acts as a retainer.

Large number of pleats of the media enhances the filtration area for better efficiency. The filters are made 100% leak proof by securely fixing the media pack to the periphery of the enclosure frame using PU hardener.

HEPA FILTER – DEEP PLEAT

High efficiency particulate arrestance filters are also known as Absolute filters, which are the ultimate means of removal of submicron air borne particles.

HEPA filters are 99.97% efficient on particles of 0.3 micron in size or larger. These filters find wide usage in all clean room and pharmaceutical applications where class of cleanliness and particle count is critical.

HEPA Filter finds its place in pharmaceutical industry, as drugs are made under very strict compliance of standard. The efficiency of HEPA Filter is 99.97% on particle of 0.3 microns. Our HEPA Filters are made with world class filtration media “Lydall”.

HEPA air filtration media is specially engineered for use in a wide range of absolute clean room applications. The media is a micro glass fiber with high uniformity consistent filtration.

The HEPA filters are manufactured in standard size as well as customer specific sizes in deep pleat type (conventional aluminium separator style) and mini pleat type (with EVA hot melt separators). Positive sealing is ensured with PU sealant.

GAS PHASE FILTERS

Air cleaning through an effective gas phase air filtration system is a way to remove gaseous contaminants from the breathing air. Most gas phase filtration systems use activated carbon to adsorb gaseous molecules.

Activated carbon is a superior adsorbent for food, beverage, agricultural, and pharmaceutical processing applications. The activated carbon filters are used in applications to filter out odour and hazardous gaseous contaminants present in kitchen, industrial, animal house, laboratory exhausts etc. These filters are also effective in controlling the presence of gases or organic vapours.

Activated carbon is a porous material consisting mainly of elementary carbon modified to have a large internal surface area. The activated carbon in the form of granules or in the form of impregnated glass fiber media act as an adsorbent. The pores trap the contaminants.

On a microscopic level, activated carbon looks and acts much like a natural sponge, with pores and a vast amount of surface area. As gaseous molecules come into contact with the carbon, they are drawn into the carbon and held into place by a variety of forces.

The activated carbon filters are offered in different models to meet the desired air handling capacity. It is offered as flat panel adsorbent filters completely packed with activated carbon granules. The carbon panels can also assembled into a “V” Bank filter to enhance the air handling capacity. Activated carbon impregnated glass fibre media from “Lydall” is used as the filtration media to enhance more quantity of air. This filters can also be assembled in “V” bank form for maximum air handling capacity.

CLEAN ROOM TERMINAL MODULES

Room side replaceable terminal modules with HEPA filters for pharmaceutical, food and biotech clean rooms are offered to suit ceiling grids. The terminal modules allow air from the HEPA filter fitted within the housing, to have a minimal time period in which to collect contamination from the surrounding parts of the housing.

The terminal modules with HEPA filters are designed to suit pharmaceutical, food & clean room applications with controlled air distribution.

The terminal modules are constructed with aluminum as well as powder coated galvanized sheets with DOP insertion points and upstream pressure tapping points along with balancing dampers with integral butterfly valves for easy operation. The modules are designed to facilitate change of HEPA filters within the clean room. These modules are designed to combine guaranteed HEPA final filtration and controlled air distribution.

The damper assembly is adjustable from within the room and is supported by a damper support channel permanently attached to the filter hood duct collar. The units are protected with a powder coated diamond pattern grille.

FAN FILTER UNITS

Fan filter units are self-powered filter units provide uniform air flow to meet cleanliness standards. The technology ensures uniform air flow across the filter face, free from noise and maintenance. The units are available in different sizes of 4′ x 2′, 3′ x 2′ and 2′ x 2′ in height of 14″. The energy efficient, dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller with outer rotor motors ensures low noise level and most suitable for clean room applications.

Fan filter units with HEPA filters are designed to meet hospital, pharmaceutical, food & clean room applications with controlled air distribution.

The housing is fabricated with SS 304, SS 316, Aluminum, Galvanized sheet steel with suitable surface finish. This is equipped with room side replaceable H13 or H14 Mini pleat HEPA filter and 5 micron Pre filter. The modules are designed to facilitate change of HEPA filters within the clean room.
